Questions about pricing
What does the $29 setup fee pay for?
The rider, printed with your sign's code or number, and shipping it to you. Every new sign has one.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
A Standard sign is a code on our shared number, and buyers text it. A Premium sign has its own local number, so buyers can call it as well as text it. Calls ring your cell, a buyer whose call you miss gets the listing by text, and voicemails come to you as text.
Can I have both kinds of sign?
Yes. One account can hold Standard and Premium signs, and they all renew on one date in one charge.
Do I need a new rider for each listing?
No. The same rider, with the same code or number, works for every listing you have.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
You pick one for the whole account. Yearly costs less: a Standard sign is $49 a year instead of $72 paid monthly, and a Premium sign is $69 instead of $96.
What does an extra rider cost?
$29 for a copy of a rider you already have, say for a corner lot, or a replacement for a bent one. A copy shows the same code or number, so it answers with the same listing.
How many leads can a sign handle?
Each sign includes about 50 leads a month under fair use.
Is there sales tax?
Yes, where it applies. It's worked out for your state and shown before you pay.
